Looking for the perfect spot to park your food truck and serve up your delicious creations?
We have the prime locations available for lease in a high-traffic area! The Granary is looking for food trucks/trailers to complete our food court.
Here are some highlights of what we will have going on:
-Includes full water, electric and dedicated wi-fi signal.
-An indoor dining room/bar of 1,500 square feet climate-controlled space to be completed by 6/1 at the latest.
-The building will have close and convenient access to concession trailers.
-Once the building is complete, we will expand our hours to 6-7 days a week, 11 am to 10 pm.
-Live music every Friday and Saturday night starting March 7th.
-Other entertainment such as trivia, karaoke, music bingo during the week.
-Additional events will be added throughout the year.
-We will feature your business on our social media as requested (specials, new items, etc). As of today, there are 6K Granary followers on Facebook alone.
-Space is limited to 3 non-food trailers and up to 3 food trailers.
-Includes walk-in refrigerator and dry storage space.
-Fulfills commissary requirements - $100 value.
-Monthly lease.
-Non-food rent is $600/month (this includes shaved ice, coffee, baked goods, etc), full-service food trailer rent is $900/month.
